Sarvottam Prayas Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and regulated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
The organization was established on 01 November 2025 with the objective of working for the welfare of economically weaker sections of society. We are committed to serving humanity through structured social welfare initiatives focusing on dignity, inclusion, and community development.

Sarvottam Prayas Foundation operates strictly on a non-profit basis. No profits are distributed to members or directors. All income and voluntary contributions are utilized solely for charitable and social welfare objectives.
Contributions made to the organization are voluntary. Currently, donations are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. The foundation maintains proper financial records and complies with applicable statutory requirements as per Indian law.
